Job searching can be the toughest thing you can ever face after your graduation or when you are looking for another job. 4.   On interview proper, always ask about things that are unclear. Making some clarifications will let the interviewers know how interested and how eager you are to learn things about their company or your future position.

There could be many ways in handling your shortcomings in a job interview. However, the point here is, if you know you have shortcomings and you have the tendency to commit one, you have to do something about it as soon as you discover it.
