Having the ability to get attendees to speak out is a good sign of an effective course. This helps people to overcome their fear of recognition and enhance their ability to speak out. Once the process of creating a positive environment has begun it becomes self fulfilling. Attendees want the other guy to succeed. As the process continues each attendee can try new things with less and less fear. The effectiveness feeds on itself.
